If you've seen PCMag.com's Security Watch blog or eWeek's Cheap Hack -- you've seen security expert Larry Seltzer at work. He specializes in spam and viruses but blogs about much more than that. He's a bit of a curmudgeon, but a lovable one. Trust us. :-)
The IT trades compete in many ways, and one of them is with RSS. How many feeds does each title provide? How are they segmented?
We've been studying this lately and here are some nuggets for you:
* eWeek/Ziff Davis Enterprise has 137 feeds, just nine more than Computerworld at 128. Network World has 71, InfoWorld only 21 and InformationWeek even less than that at 19. What a gap! We'll examine additional IT destinations in subsequent SWMS research.
